St. Louis native through and through, Mike Knoll has been serving the community as a real estate agent for over a decade. Beginning his career in California, then relocating back to St. Louis, has left him with licenses in both states. Mike currently serves clients in the Clayton, Ladue, Richmond Heights, University City, Frontenac, Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, Town and Country, Sunset Hills, Kirkwood, and Webster Groves communities.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. He began his real estate career in San Diego in 2001. He relocated back to St. Louis in 2010, where he calls home today. Living in the St. Louis area gives Mike and his clients a big city feel with a lower cost of living. The neighborhoods filled with endless amounts of charm and character at a reasonable price. St. Louis has urban historic areas, suburban communities, and opportunities for new construction, just one of the reasons Mike loves living and working in the area.
His target audience focuses on clients looking to move up or downsize in the central corridor of St. Louis. Mike also specializes in luxury properties. He’s been working with clients and selling homes at all price ranges for 20 years. His attention to detail takes any worry out of the buying or selling process with Mike as your agent.
Helping clients move from one home to the next is Mike’s passion, and that shows with every transaction. Recognizing that each client is looking for something unique to fit their personality, Mike works to serve all of their needs. With experience renovating over 20 homes, he has a deep grasp of what it takes to make home improvements. This helps clients get a realistic estimate on what it will take to achieve their dream house. From there, with Mike’s extensive experience, he can offer his clients countless resources whether it’s purchasing appliances or finding trustworthy contractors.
When he’s not working, Mike enjoys traveling, cooking, and home renovations. He owns 16 rental units, which take up some of his free time, but he wouldn’t have it any other way. He has renovated over 20 homes in his free time and continues to invest time in this process. Not only does Mike enjoy this process, but it contributes to his career as he gains further experience working with buyers and sellers.
